1. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RENTAL OF VEHICLES

• valid driver's license;
• valid credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) for payment transactions, advances, any deposits and any unforeseen expenses.
• valid identity document

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR DRIVERS

• minimum age of 21 years;
• valid driver's license;

3. ACCIDENTS

In event of an accident with another vehicle the customer is required to fill Cid in all its parts and to send it to our office as soon as possible. If the incident occurs against objects or things the customer still needs to do to give our agency data (time, place, etc.) of the accident.

In the event of a accident with reason the customer is completely covered by insurance.

In the event of a accident without reason the customer is completely covered by insurance except for the "excess insurance" that ranges from a minimum of 900 Euros to a maximum of 2000 Euros depending on the vehicle.

4. FAILURES

The customer must communicate as soon as possible the exact location where the vehicle is stopped and provide the minimum information about the problem that occurred. Our staff will provide immediate assistance to solve the problem as soon as possible

In the event of faults occurring outside of normal office hours, a number of assistance is always available to provide support. The damage caused by the customer are not attributable to BigRent

5. THEFT

After notifying the public security authorities the theft of the vehicle, the customer must take care to report the theft to our office.

The customer will then go on site to hand over the material on the car and the complaint made to the authorities

The customer will pay the exemptions as expressly agreed by contract

6. FRANCHISES

BigRent offers customers a variety of exemptions.

These may change with changes of the rented vehicle. BigRent reserves the final right to conclude whether or not the exemption.

7. FINES

For fines or findings of infringement made by authorites BigRent will take care to transmit to authorites the data necessary for the charge of violation. If this is not possible BigRent reserves the right to charge of the penalty directly to the customer.

8. VEHICLE CONDITIONS - DELIVERY AND RETURN

The vehicle is supplied by BigRent in perfect conditions of cleanliness, reliability and maintenance

If not explicitly reported under the contract, the vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. All equipment and documentation required for the vehicle (triangle, spare wheel, Green Card, outstanding documents) are provided by BigRent the customer upon delivery of the car or commercial vehicle.

The customer must indicate the date and time of delivery of the vehicle, any changes concerning the hours of delivery, the miles of distance, or fuel consumption must be communicated to our staff at the time of return of the vehicle and may give rise to the rental price.

The minimum duration of a rental day is 24 hours with a tolerance of one hour between delivery and return of the vehicle;

9. RATES

Our rates include:

• daily rental;
• km of the journey;
• insurance (CDW - Kasco, and TW - Fire and theft);
• relief in case of failure;
• the maintenance of the vehicle;

Our rates do not include:

• fuel;
• the 21% VAT ;
• fines;
• tolls;
• parkings;

10. GEOGRAPHICAL AREA

The vehicle can not go outside the european community.

11. DEDUCTIBILITY

The rental fee can be deducted

The regulations governing the tax treatment of expenses incurred for rental vehicles, which entered into force with the Law No. 127/2007 (Official Gazette No. 182), were supplemented by the Law 2008 Budget on the tax deductibility of expenditure incurred on VAT:

• vehicles used in mixed-use by employees
• vehicles used in the conduct of the company but not used
• vehicles used by professionals or artists

For vehicles in mixed-use, the percentage of deductible VAT, if the vehicle is treated as a fringe benefit payroll, remains unchanged, while in the case where the vehicle is billed to the employee at " normal value " (determined on the basis of ACI tables ) is total.
